Talk therapy
Individual therapy provides a safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and personal challenges. Sessions are typically held weekly or bi-weekly via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform for your convenience and privacy. For meaningful progress and lasting change, a minimum of 8–12 sessions is recommended to experience the full benefits of the therapeutic process.
